Housing Law No. 65/2014/QH13, passed on November 25, 2014, took effect from July 1, 2015. This Law stipulates ownership, development, management, and use of housing; housing-related transactions; state management of housing in Vietnam.

Decree 99/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Housing in Vietnam.
