I- SERVICE FEES AND RENTAL LOCATION
1) The rental purpose is to register company establishment, locate head office address, branch address, representative office address:
* Service fee: VND 550.000/month.
* Location:
a) Room 401 Floor 4, No. 9 Phan Ke Binh Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Formerly Da Kao Ward, District 1).
b) Floor 38, Park 7 Tower, Vinhomes Central Park, 720A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Formerly Ward 22, District Binh Thanh).
c) No. 1, Street 18, Hiep Binh Residential Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Formerly Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City)
2) The rental purpose is to set the address for implementation of investment projects and company address, representative office address of foreign companies in Vietnam:
* Service fee: VND 880.000/month
* Location:
Floor 38, Park 7 Tower, Vinhomes Central Park, 720A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Formerly Ward 22, District Binh Thanh).
Note: These service fees are inclusive of VAT Tax
II- CONTRACT TERM AND PAYMENT
1) Contract term: At least 12 months.
2) Payment: Payment every 12 months.
III- RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS
1) Customers use the rented address of Golden Star to register company establishment, locate head office address, branch address, representative office address of the company.
2) Customers can put company name board at the rental address.
3) When there are letters and documents are send to customers, Golden Star will receive correspondence on behalf of customers and immediately notify by email / phone / SMS to customers.
4) Golden Star will forward documents and letters to the address requested by customers (customers pay fee - according to the postage fee).
5) Reception: When there are guests come to contact, customers will pick up guests at the rental address.
IV- SUPPORTING SERVICES
1) Establishing new company / Branch / Representative office;
2) Changing company registration / Branch / Representative Office;
3) Establishing or changing foreign-invested companies and representative offices of foreign enterprises in Vietnam;
4) Tax delcalartion service, tax settlement service, tax refund service;
5) Accounting services, financial reports preparation;
6) Labor services, salary calculation, social insurance;
7) Consulting on tax, enterprise, accounting, business laws...
8) Apply for Visa, work permit, temporary residence card for foreigners in Vietnam
9) Drafting transaction documents, contracts, regulations, rules, …
