I- WORK THUY NGOC LAW WILL PERFORM WHEN PROVIDING COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT SERVICES IN VIETNAM
1.1- Advising before company establishment
Advising on procedures for company establishment in Vietnam;
Advising clients to provide information and necessary documents;
Advising clients to choose business lines;
Advising clients to choose name of company (Vietnamese, English, abbreviated name);
Advising clients to choose the location of the head office;
Advising clients to choose the size of contribution capital, form of capital contribution, organizational structure and corporate governance;
1.2- Performing company establishment procedures
Preparing dossiers of company establishment (Application for business registration, charter, list of members ...);
Submitting dossiers to competent authority as authorized by the customer.
Receiving enterprise registering certificate from competent authority as authorized by the customer.
Posting national information portal about company establishment
Making a seal for the newly forming company;
1.3- Performing initial tax procedures for newly established companies
Business tax declaration for newly established companies;
Register to use digital signature
Register to use electronic invoices at the tax authority
Supporting to open bank account;
