4. REQUIREMENTS FOR TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

For a trademark to be accepted for protection by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (NOIP), the owner must meet all legal requirements under the Law on Intellectual Property. Specifically:

4.1. The Trademark Must Be Distinctive
