The Civil Code No. 91/2015/QH13 s passed by the 13th National Assembly of Socialist Republic of Vietnam during the 10th session on November 24, 2015, and takes effect from January 1, 2017. Bộ luật dân sự số : 91/2015/QH13 được Quốc hội thông qua ngày 24/11/2015, có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2017.
